The Story Behind The Name
After nearly two decades in estate agency, working across Bristol, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding areas, I decided it was time for a new chapter.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people move home, gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of markets and property types. I've also been fortunate enough to work alongside some exceptional estate agents, learning from some of the very best in the industry and taking valuable lessons from each stage of my career.
Along the way, I've grown in many ways beyond just professionally. I married my wonderful wife, Kate, we welcomed our two amazing boys, Ralph and Felix, and together we've embraced everything life has thrown our way — the highs, the challenges and everything in between.
Those experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also the way I believe estate agency should be delivered.
One thing that has remained constant throughout my career is my genuine passion for helping people move. It may sound cliché, but I genuinely love what I do, and I never take that for granted. After all these years, I still enjoy meeting new people, viewing beautiful homes, solving problems, negotiating sales and helping clients through one of life's biggest milestones. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to do something I truly enjoy every single day.
That's why I made the decision to put my own name above the door and launch Christian James.
I chose to build my business around my own name because I believe estate agency should be personal.
